Why is it that jerks (well one in particular) seems to take all your friends away from you? They all know he lies, and will use you to no end; yet they keep insisting to they know better. I know this sounds like I'm being the jerk, but i'm only speaking the truth. This jerk is the king of all manipulating cons, and i've met quite a few. I was nice to him when no one else was, when no one else cared, and he goes around stabbing people in the back calling me a w$%&# and a waste of time, convincing others that I'm the lier - when i have a policy of being honest even if it hurts - and that i have no morals whatsoever. He knows i know what he's doing, and laughs in my face when i confront him; and i cannot take it anymore

He's hurt me so badly when i took the time out of my life to be his friend, and yet some of my closest friends have taken his side and refuse to even listen to mine. I don't get it.

am i worth less than the truth? less deserving of respect than anyone else? or am i just kidding myself? maybe he's right.
